Consultations
|
Consultations are provided in the pet owner's home whenever possible. For our out of state clients, phone/mail consultations are also available. After a behavioral history and evaluation is completed, the pet owner is given a diagnosis of the problem and written recommendations for solving it. We also provide three months of follow up to encourage success. Pet owners receive counseling in a professional and objective manner. Information shared and recommendations given are practical, scientifically based, and easy to comprehend. Each case is considered unique and treatment plans vary accordingly. Fees also vary depending on the scope of the problem, type of consultation, and in some cases, travel distance.
Guarantee of service: We provide extended follow up for one year from your consultation date at no additional charge to encourage your pet’s success with our programs. Ask us for more details when you call to set your appointment.

If you live in or near the metropolitan D.C. area, including Maryland and Northern Virginia, please call us at (703) 327-7205 to discuss our services and see how we can help your pet.
If you live outside the D.C. area, please email us to arrange for a behavior evaluation for your pet. Include name, address, phone, type of pet, and type of problem. Please be brief in your initial email. You will be sent (via regular mail) a six page questionnaire in which to expand on your pet's problems, so be sure to include a mailing address.
